Chateau Windows have now done all of the windows in our house. The quality of their windows is excellent. We opted for triple-pane windows to reduce the noise as we have lots of dogs in the neighbourhood. They look great and keep the house quiet and warm during the winter. Pam was fantastic to deal with. She is very responsive and attentive to detail. Their installers Andrew and Ryan are outstanding. They’re efficient, friendly, and very skilled in their installation. For what it’s worth, the relief Mike and I have now that the back doors are repaired and working properly is immense. This was a huge stressor on our end and it’s now been lifted. We waited many years to replace our windows. We wanted to improve the thermal performance of the windows while maximizing the amount of sunlight coming in. Many of the window options in the market seemed to be the same, not very wide with thick frames. Chateau had just what we were looking for, quality windows with a large expanse of glass. They even went the extra mile by replacing three windows with a bay that lets us enjoy the sunset. The whole experience of dealing with Chateau was very professional from the selection meeting in the showroom to the site measurements to the installation. We have really enjoyed the windows and we open them much more frequently now. The house is warmer in the winter. Bonus, it also looks better. Wish we had done this earlier. Late last year I worked with Brent Deakin, who was excellent in helping me evaluate options for window replacements that we were considering as part of a renovation. His onsite visits were prompt and he offered great insights and feedback on my doors and windows.

We were also equally impressed with the installation – the team was very professional and quick, and the windows looked great once installed. Our contractors who were completing other parts of the renovation (including trim around the windows) remarked on how well they were installed – and that it was markedly better than the substandard work they often see elsewhere.

Finally, I wanted to express appreciation to Brent who single-handedly helped me track down replacement window cranks for some older windows in my kitchen. His assistance in doing this included stopping by to measure the windows and the crank units, ands chasing the parts through various suppliers – truly going above and beyond.

The price was competitive with other companies dealing in high quality materials — but the service and attention we received made all of the difference.
